My name is Linda J. Johnson and I am the Payroll Services Supervisor. My education includes a BS in Business Administration and a Master's in Public Administration. Prior to joining UALR in July 2000, I spent 18 years as an Auditor with the Department of Human Services. As Payroll Services Supervisor, I am responsible for the overseeing of all the functions and operations of the Payroll Office.

My name is Heather Sanders and I am the accounting supervisor in payroll and I graduated with my Bachelors in Accounting in December 2006. I came to UALR in May 2007 from Community Counseling Services in Hot Springs, AR. My expertise is in payroll; mainly dealing with taxation, garnishments, and other miscellaneous payroll deductions.

My name is Lashanda Miles and I am an Accountant in Payroll. In 2005, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UALR. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration. I have been affiliated with UALR since 2001 and became a full time employee in 2005. As a Payroll Accountant, my responsibilities include: processing PAFs, completing employment verifications, setting up and reconciling payroll deductions, auditing timesheets, and assisting students, faculty, and staff with payroll issues.

Hello, my name is Cheryl Snuffer and I have been an employee at the University since August 1977. My job title is Payroll Accountant. I have very deep emotions about this place and the people I have been fortunate to come in touch with. I truly hope I have been able to help people with their payroll problems or come to some sort of settlement in their favor. I am responsible for processing hourly PAFs, remitting deduction checks, legal documentation and responding to third parties regarding child support, bankruptcy, and garnishments. I am the Payroll liaison for the Catastrophic Leave Bank, and assist the campus community is other payroll issues.

My name is Sharon Linz, and I am an Accountant in Payroll. I've been employed here since 1981 and have experienced and witnessed many changes in our Administration, Staff, & Computer System.
